During holidays, product launches, Black Friday, or other high-volume sales, processing times may increase to 7–10 business days.

Please note that expedited shipping options do not reduce processing time.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50 before taxes and discounts.

Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout.

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Return Eligibility

At this time, we accept returns for store credit only.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags cannot be accepted.

International Orders

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
